What you can expect during your remodeling process
Initially, we will visit your site and ask you to put together a "wish
list." Your list will help us prepare an accurate written estimate. From there, we will draft a contract and create preliminary drawings which act as a blue print for your project. Once you have approved the drawings, we will discuss our schedules to determine how we will complete your job efficiently.
As we approach completion of your project, you will be asked to create a punch list of items or concerns you feel need to be addressed, while we do the same. Our lists will be combined to define the end of your job. Following, the standard one-year warranty will take effect.
